Your data is your business.
This policy describes LedgerSprout at ledgersprout.projectdeck.dev. For current support availability, see contact page.
Files and calculation inputs
CSV contents, filenames and financial values are processed in browser memory. CSV parsing and transformations run in a local Web Worker. The site has no upload API, server-side file processing, application database or account system. It does not send your input to analytics, advertising or error-reporting services, and does not intentionally log input values.
Files and results are not saved to localStorage, IndexedDB, cookies or a service worker. Reset clears the working data and generated download link. Closing or reloading the page discards the working session. Browser-managed memory reclamation is outside our control. Files you download remain on your device until you delete them; your browser, extensions, operating system or device backup service may handle them under their own settings.
Requests for the website itself
Cloudflare Pages hosts this website. Your browser requests static HTML, JavaScript, styles and other site assets. Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request headers and operational access logs to serve and secure those requests. The tools do not upload CSV content or financial inputs. This policy does not claim that hosting requests generate no operational data.
Cookies, analytics and advertising in this release
This release sets no application cookies and contains no analytics, advertising SDK, remote fonts, third-party embeds or consent banners. There is no anonymous tool-completion telemetry yet. The site’s content security policy blocks outbound data connections.
Future advertising is a separate change
Display advertising is a planned business model, not an active feature or approved status. If AdSense or analytics is introduced, its providers may process identifiers, cookies and other personal data. Before activation, this policy must be updated with the actual providers, purposes, controls, retention information and relevant legal basis. A Google-certified CMP meeting applicable IAB TCF requirements must be evaluated for EEA, UK and Switzerland ad serving. Local file processing does not remove those third-party privacy obligations.
Your choices
Use synthetic or reduced exports when possible, keep backups and do not open confidential files on shared devices. You can stop processing with Reset or close the tab. Current support availability is described on the contact page; there is no monitored request form.
