Use and scope

LedgerSprout provides free, browser-based CSV utilities and business calculations for informational use. No account, payment, subscription or service-level commitment is provided. These terms do not claim to remove rights you may have under applicable law.

Check the result

You are responsible for checking inputs, assumptions, mappings and outputs before applying them to an inventory system, campaign or financial decision. Keep original files and test imports on a small subset. CSV exports neutralize potential spreadsheet formulas by adding an apostrophe to affected cells, including headers; this can change how another system interprets the text.

Financial limitations

Calculators model the per-sale contribution described on each tool page. They do not infer tax, overhead, returns, attribution quality, currency conversion or legal obligations. Results are not accounting, investment or tax advice, and do not guarantee profitability, advertising results or SEO performance.

Availability and changes

Features and limits may change. There is no guaranteed uptime or recovery service. Files are processed on your device, and there is no remote file storage from which a lost export can be restored.

Responsible use

Use only data you are authorized to handle. Do not misrepresent outputs as audited financial statements. Browser-local processing is a technical design, not permission to process information unlawfully.
